Follow My Blog Friday
Follow Friday is hosted by Parajunkee's View and Alison Can Read
My answer to this week's Follow Friday question:
Q. If you could change the ending of any book (or series), which book would you choose? Why and to what?
The ending of a book or series that I would change would be the series Once a Witch/Always a Witch by Carolyn MacCullough. Just a warning before I continue there are going to be some SPOILERS so if you haven't read this series stop now...but make sure to enter my GIVEAWAY for a chance to win a fabulous book.
This series ends with Tamsin saving her family line and ending up with Gabriel who I really like and of course I wouldn't have changed that, but Tamsin does have to sacrifice her powers. This is the part I don't like. In this first book Tamsin just learns about her powers (she previously thought she was powerless) and now in the second book she loses them. I wish she got to keep them to keep fighting evil and helping the good.
Hi, I'm Izzy and I'm stopping by for Follow Friday! I've never read those two books but I've heard a lot of buzz about them on the blogosphere.

I can't read this, both of these are on my tbr list! I'm an old follower :)
ReplyDeleteThe ending does kind of counteract the name of the second book doesn't it?? I haven't read these yet but they seem intriguing!!

Hopping through. I wish Tamsin had kept her powers too. I also wish there was going to be a third book.
